I did! It was first time for me but I enjoyed walking.When we walk like this way, we use upper body not only lower body (cuz we walk with sticks), so you can do fullbody motion. It's more effective for your exercise than walking without sticks.If you have interest, please ask me :)
It looks interesting. I have often seen these poles in hiking shops, but I have never tried them. How did you get interested in this?
I'm a member of the life saving circle and I heard about this program from this.Let's try it in Iwami seaside park. You can rent sticks at there, so you don’t have to prepare for that. (^_^)
